New Years resolution



        My New Years resolution is to turn 20 pounds of body fat into muscle. I want to prepare myself for high school football. The steps I will take to obtain that goal is working out every day. I'm going to eat more meat and vegetables. I'm going to cut down on bread. And I'm not going to eat as much junk food as I have eaten in the past. By doing these necessary step I believe that I will reach my goal  but not only reach my goal I will have surpassed my expectations for the new year.
